I support these protesters. For all the posters: WOULD YOU WANT A CORONAVIRUS CLINIC NEXT TO YOUR RESIDENCE ? Considering how densely packed Hong Kong Apts are, the gov't WAS IRRESPONSIBLE TO PROPOSE A CLINIC IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA ! Now there is a proposal to put the clinic in a barren part of HK's Disneyland - WHICH IS WHAT THE GOV'T SHOULD HAVE DONE INITIALLY ! Also, around HK, away from the population, there are many wide open areas, which can house the clinics.

@ongbookok9320 Probably one of the most reliable source of HK News, the South China Morning Post, have been publishing articles SEVERELY CRITICIZING Carrie Lam, + LAMENTING this during this crisis, HONG KONGERS MUST RELY ON THEMSELVES, which is what these protesters are doing. Why do you ASSume that the virus will spread among these protesters, WHEN NONE OF THEM HAVE TRAVELED TO CHINA, OR HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THOSE WHOM HAVE BEEN THERE? (all people from China in quarantine) It is because these people DON'T WANT ANY CONTACT WITH THE VIRUS, that these protesters, MANY WHOM ARE ELDERLY, are forced to go into the streets, SO THEY CAN PROTECT THEMSELVES, ESP WHEN THEIR IMPOTENT GOV'T IS TRYING TO HARM THEM, AGAIN ! Like the probably overworked medical workers + those people demanding closure of all borders with the Mainland, THESE PROTESTERS ARE TRYING TO PROTECT NEIGHBORHOODS + COMMUNITIES. The fact that you DON'T SEE THIS, only illustrates you are opining, WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING THE SITUATION. The incompetent gov't SHOULD HAVE NEVER PROPOSED ANY CLINIC IN A DENSELY POPULATED AREA; now they are considering housing the sick patients in a barren part of HK Disneyland, WHICH IS WHAT THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE IN THE FIRST PLACE !!! @shihtzuview7186 The video text read, that the residents GOT A PERMIT FROM THE POLICE to protest. Last time the Emergency Regulation Ordinance was invoked, was when Lam BANNED THE WEARING OF MASKS ( which I think the courts overturned.)
