@astroganov Also, what other ethnic groups have been excluded from the US? Americans went to Toisan, China to recruit workers for the Transcontinental RR. But after my forefather built the the RR thru the most difficult part, the Sierra-Nevada Mts, they were scapegoated and banished. During the 1871 LA Chinese Massacre, 21 Chinese men were lynched - the most in US history. Then there was the 1882 Chinese Exclusion Act. Even before Covid, Chinese-Americans and Asian-Americans were targets of racism.

@astroganov Having citizenship is NOT the same as being treated well. Many 5th and 4th generations Chinese-Americans were, and mostly likely are still being attacked, even before Covid. Since you deny you are a sinophobe (not chinaphobe) then you should realize that the US is far more heterogeneous, and politically, immigrants "are welcomed" until they are not, as in the present.

@astroganov All countries are bigoted and posting that China is racist doesn't make your argument more cogent. Unlike the US, China isn't harassing their American professionals, their leaders are not verbalizing hate speeches against the US, China leaders are not saying Microsoft, McDonalds, and Starbucks are "threatening Chinese national security".

@gregwong2132 He can't list the racist incidents in China because there are rare.

@astroganov You are wrong. Most Chinese are very friendly to foreigners, always ready to help the latter; all you have to do is view the many vloggers whom presently are in China on YT. The one thing that some foreigners may find annoying are the stares from the locals, which is to be expected because many Chinese have never seen a foreigner. (I was stared at, growing up in NYC + I just stared back.)

@astroganov The US was founded on racism- annihilation of the Native Americans and theft of their land.
