@garysantos7053 I saw most of the proceeding on the UN website. She was inappropriately giggling because just before this, she made a mistake in her speech. What she should have done was, stop + compose herself, then resume what she had to say. Even understanding why she was giggling, it is highly disrespectful in view of the serious matter + people being killed. She not only disgraced herself, but also tarnished the reputation of Malta.

@garysantos7053 AGREE. First + foremost aid ASAP to the oppressed Gazans/Palestinians should not even be a political issue; it is a basic DECENCY issue. An immediate ceasefire is IMPERATIVE. I know this is a long short - I CAN'T watch the pain + distress of Palestinian civilians + do nothing. I donated via Save the Children + Doctors Without Borders to them.
