  6. In parliamentary systems, the political leadership is not winner take all. The candidates would discuss and form a coalition. This could be a grand coalition with macron, le pen, and mel (and their respective parties); or another coalition with other parties if macron doesn't like le pen, or le pen doesn't like macron.
