China has 5 France at 11 Germany has 1 (troops use 2 us air bases a ss whale) Iran 4 Japan 1 (despite pacifist constitution and no "real" military) UK 10 Russia 8 (9 if you consider Crimea de facto not in russia) Unfairly, IMHO, US has their own bases in other countries, but no country has their own military base in the US. The garrisons always go on a US base. So, going off these numbers, the US is the most imperialist, followed by France. 🇺🇸🇨🇵
