  3.  @ravenn2631  Cost of living allowance should be in place so teachers can live where they teach. I mean, students can't attend a school in a different district normally, so why are teachers allowed to teach outside their district they live in? Community-based teachers would have more of an impact imho.

  4.  @KRYMauL  The senate was originally appointed by the state govt. Still corrupt and money bound, just with a different buyer. Perhaps a lottery like juries are selected would help.
