  1.  @Davidtalksaboutstuff  This is the definition of capitalism. Producers still only get paid per litre and not equal to help all, but the cartel...err federation gets a steady cut. Socialism for the rich and capitalism for the poor. Lovely. In maple syrup, canada has turned into the us.

  2. Believe quebec MNAs (provincial MPs) were bought off to write into law mandatory selling to the federation cartel. And anyone who says anything bad about quebec is a racist or anti-francophone, so federal MPs are silent or chuck it up to provincial matter (read: not it 🤫)

  4. 2:23 So would you advocate for a cartel in every industry where the people say they can't make enough? Would you be willing to pay $22 for a litre of milk? How about $79 for a screwdriver? Hopefully, some of that money will make it to the producers...but likely the cartels themselves will keep the lions share...you know, for administrative costs.
