  1. Honestly, the UN HQ should be in Switzerland. I dont know why its in a non-neutral country. The US has already barred people from entering who were going directly to the UN to speak (eg Qaddafi). Either let un be fully sovereign ground (like embassy) and provide its own international airport on its grounds, or transfer elsewhere.

  2. Would like to hear more on how and why Taiwan (Republic of China) was booted out of both the security council seat and un altogether (UNGA Resolution 2758). It could happen again to another country if majority of general assembly wanted. Imagine a pacific territory or former territory of the us (eg federated states of Micronesia) convinced the un that it was the rightful successor to the US. With only the general assembly vote, it could remove not only the us from the security council, but from the un entirely. It could do the same with all p5 members if there were a stalemate with the absolute unoverrideable veto or the GA just thought the p5 were more trouble than they were worth.
