  1.  @Kathdath  New Zealand actually gives the maori (their natives) seats in the parliament. At-large blood representation, as well as at-large PR and single-member geographic representation. Oddly though, no functional representation (eg guilds, businesses, unions).

  9. Good first step for native americans. Korematsu¹ should be looked at again too. Property was forcibly sold for pennies on the dollar, if that. 1983 compensation couldn't buy a used car, let alone their house in California, etc. For shame. ¹ Forced removal of Japanese Americans (including US citizens) into concentration camps (FDR's words, not mine).
