Objection with mitigation: Even though the texas guys name is Adler and not Alder, there probably is a hammer lawyer named Alder too 😋 Somewhat related: if the name was constantly mispronounced in a lawsuit, could either party use that as an excuse to dismiss as the "beef is with someone else?"
