Perhaps the punishment should be the same as for teachers who mess around with kids. Unable to practise law anymore, jail time, and put on a law offender registry where they need to report to their officer regularly and when they move.

@ItzGuerrero Could you explain why the adversarial (common law) system is better than the inquisitorial (Civil law) system as used in many European countries? Many even allow lay judges (like juries, but they sit on the judge panel and can ask questions to the lawyers directly).
