It's not about right or wrong. Its about which team they're on.

It's a team sport. Imagine the outcry if Obama had done 1% of what trump did.

12:54 I may have misunderstood you, but the process of congress/parliament electing the leader is not dangerous (generally speaking, not to the american situation now). Believe you have already made video about the electoral college and how its a mirror of the setup of the congress. In Switzerland, both houses meet as the federal assembly and elect its 7-member coequal executive. Parliaments around the world choose their own prime minister (head of state nominally appoints). I believe the greater danger is having unitary executive that is prone to the strong man cult of personality. The US is the only country that uses the presidential system that has not yet devolved into dictatorship at some point in its history. In parliamentary systems, the first thing the leader has to do is use the media to pump up his support for constitutional amendment to change from parliamentary to presidential (erdogan, H--ler [only equating govt change, not their domestic programs]). Then, he can be a real strong man.

As colbert said: if the republican congressmen joining in the suit believe the election is rigged and fraudulent, they should put their money where their mouth is and resign. Wouldnt want any politician who wasn't voted in right?

Probably hard to prove bad faith and other things.

It's only rigged in that it doesn't use modern proportional representation. UK still uses that winner take all FPTP voting system too.

8:02 So who thought of a public prosecutor? Neither he nor his client have standing technically speaking (not legally). How does a murder affect the crown? Its as silly as your neighbour argument because the neighbour would have the same standing as the crown by that regard (ie public safety). Iirc, I believe ancient iceland actually had "civil" law apply to all criminal acts. The victim or family of the victim would sue the murderer, r-pist, etc for damages or right to maim, r-pe, kill one of their family. I am genuinely curious - when did public/crown prosecutors become a thing?
