Imagine the outrage on national media if someone used the term black fragility...

@ChandraNYC Id rather just be "my name" from "this organization" when being introduced. I am not representing an ethnicity, I'm representing me or an organization. If the organization is asians united or koreans for change, then yeah, I'll address race or ethnicity, otherwise ill talk about the respective topic.

If they just stop being your friend, were they really a friend to begin with? Same situation with love of spouses that desert when the going gets tough - did they really love you? A fair weathered friend is no friend.

Isnt that term acceptable again? It used to be coloured person and now its person of colour (inverse possessive). It essentially means the same thing. English is odd.

@coolworx Not sure about racist, but isnt Asia and Africa tied for the most genocide/ethnic cleansing going on today?

Id like to see all jobs transition to apprenticeship and tech school. Work with potential employer doubles as OJT so employer could see how well you work and work with others.

If we can homeschool, we should be able to home-college too. Masters degree from 123 Apple Lane University.

Maybe require they change based on income. 1-5% income-based tuition they can set (or higher), but only percentage. Includes housing too.

Boycotting multinationals that own nearly everything is like trying to boycott your own country. It's virtually useless. Instead, one must ensure govt is free and regulates the companies, not the companies regulating the govt.

Adam Smith Very deep thoughts. Care to elaborate more? 🙃

Wouldnt need tenure if basic laws were set up to prevent terminating employment for saying or believing controversial things. Sweden essentially has independent agencies and barebones ministries not allowed to interfere in cases. In the US (and many other western democracies), say something controversial against govt or with foreign group, the intelligence services are listening. Remember that the US FBI considered Martin Luther king a communist and terrorist.

Let's see how many people would be offended by the term black fragility then compare. I would say both white fragility and black fragility terms would be offensive.
