  1. Neutral in that he did nothing to stop either side from discussing (talking past each other). Methinks a bit too neutral - like a monarch...unintrusive.

  2. Should speakers be elected at-large (whole canada as electorate) and independent? That'd be cool, guaranteeing independence, but could give them too much legitimacy and a later partisan couldn't be removed except through election.

  4.  @MrBubba19692  speakers are becoming like monarchs - less intrusive. Nowadays, heckling, jeering, clapping, and even name calling in some cases can fly. Maybe the GG should step in 🤔🇨🇦
