@jamessuttie1261 lol jokes on you. all your assumptions where wrong and the taycan actually has as much range in the real world as the tesla. everyone testing the thing love them and you canceled your order for an american commuter car with questionalbe build quality..

@jamessuttie1261 yes I also drove all the cars in the world and installed measuring systems in all of them and them tested them scientifically by using AI to find proper results or did you mean you where allowed to drive in a circle once and all you can really tell is that the cars worked for all of the 10 minutes you where allowed to drive them on public roads? because that wouldn't tell you anything usefull apart from if the leather feels nice to the touch..

@redbaron6805 or, and hear me out, you are a bit stupid and your lack of knowledge makes you assume turbo means turbocharger when in fact it's from latin and means swirl, accelerated or in many modern languages faster.

@redbaron6805 Taycan Turbo
1
@redbaron6805 it's not a turbo badge. it's the name of the car. The Taycan Turbo S doesn't have a turbocharger, the Tesla Roadster is not a roadster and the nissan Leaf is not made out of leafs..

@redbaron6805 the car model name is Taycan Turbo S or Taycan Turbo or Taycan 4s depending on what car you buy. a badge on the other hand is a badge like TDI if a car has a TDI system like the bmw m50d where you can get the TDI badge on the trunk. a badge and the name of the car are two different things and the name of these cars is not up to you, is it? after all porsche isn't questioning how you call your kids either. btw most all 911 have turbochargers now even if it's not part of their model name. so your argument just fails completely.

@redbaron6805 look I'm losing patience here. why don't you look it up. the 'car model name' <-wikipedia is taycan turbo s, taycan 4s and ... and the name is what it is, the tesla is not a roadster and the nissan is not a leaf either but these are their names/model names. a badge on the other hand, and you can ask anyone who knows about cars, is about what system a car has like a TDI badge or a Turbo badge or a kompressor badge mercedes used for a while. the taycan in all it's models doesn't come with any badge not even optional so there is no turbo badge just like there are no TDI badges for any of the taycan models. it's a really easy concept and I really wish you would think about it for a second before you write another reply.

@redbaron6805 PS "A 911 Carrera does not have a Turbo." really? "the base 911 Carrera is powered by a 3.0-liter turbocharged flat-six that puts out 370 horsepower and 331 lb-ft of torque." like I said most all 911s are turbocharged now. the 911 "Turbo" is not the badge it's a model name "911 Turbo" but you could theoretically put a 'Turbo' badge on the "911 Carrera" if you Porsche would still use badges.

@redbaron6805 ok look moron go to fucking wikipedia and look up Porsche Taycan then scroll the fuck down to Models. that's what the fucking 'model name' is. it's taycan 4s, Taycan turbo and so on. not a difficould concept. different model names for different cars. there is no badging applied to the different taycan models other than their MODEL NAME and they can name their cars what they want. not only that but Turbo also doesn't mean turbocharger. some people use it colloquially but turbo is just a word with latin roots and has been used and will be used for many different reason OTHER than turbochargers. Turbo means accelerated, spinning and so on so it's a fitting name for the more performance orientated models of car like the 911 Turbo even though all other 911s also have a turbocharger (with exception of some of the gt3).
