  1. A fake Mainstreet that is neither a Street that goes anywhere (except to the parking moat around it) nor is it the main thing in the town (rather one of many shopping malls in the city). Why don't these people simply build a small town? walkable (1 mile diameter) with a real main street and a downtown high density mixed used area, a bit less density towards the outside... people 100 years ago knew how to do that, people a 1000 years ago knew how to do that...
