  1. well he is right though. chemical weapons are weapons. meaning they need a delivery system and are designed as such. using gas in concentration camps or the US using gas chambers for executions are technically not weapons.

CS gas is similar to what the germans at first used in ww1. the police also uses pepper spray which is even more serious. not to mention the US uses, or used to use until recently, gas chamber for executions.
