@igotanimac1 vwall is correct. I live in a new build neighborhood and since 2020, they upped the prices $150k-200k more than what I paid for mine.

@igotanimac1 you’re ignoring local pricing. In so me areas, Dax and vwall are completely right. What you’re saying isn’t true, and also you just not looking at the big picture. But homes definitely increased significantly in 2020-2021. That is a fact
