You just measure the speed of light in the same condition from A=>B with a single timer like you showed and than do the same thing on the opposite B=>A side (no light mirror reflection used here). If both the speed are equals it means light have the same speed going forward and backward otherwise the speed is different. This should be done in an particle accelerator where we have the same condition going forward and backward. This is if you want to measure the speed of light only in one direction. But if you measure the speed of light by using the reflection mechanism the speed of going backward is different.
