  3. They already do. VAT. You couldn't think of a more inefficient and damaging tax than VAT.

  4. There are plenty of poor people in "rich" countries. They are the ones who will pay, and the debt will never be repaid. The sooner the Brussels circus closes down, the better. It has been running even longer than Coronation Street.
