  1. Some criticised and some went along with it. The Dutch got punished for their criticism. The French, Belgians and Italians have an honourable record. The Polish less so. The Lithuanians, Croatians and Ukrainians were keen collaborators. The Catholic Croatians tried to exterminate the Orthodox Serbians.
