  2. Sweden is already in the grip of a low level civil war and it has not got the measure of it. We also have a record of astronomical cost over runs due to misconceived and mismanaged infrastructure projects. Too many women in top management in the public sector resulting in non functioning services. Can't see Russia as the biggest threat nor could we stand up to them unless we smarten ourselves up dramatically and learn how to make good decisions.
