  1. Why is this not front page news? The cost of manufacture and distribution of insulin is very low, what is high is the profit. There is no generic insulin so the cruel pharma companies will just keep cranking up profits until they profit themselves out of business by killing their customers. Sadly, insurance encourages this profiteering by paying whatever the cruel pharma companies ask. There simply must be regulation and investigation into the price fixing and deception. This is a manufactured problem. If the companies cared at all about helping people this situation would never have developed.
