It's the rich and big business who not only pay no taxes, but because they can't be audited, they now cheat an extra 2 trillion to add the the 2 trillion they keep from not being taxed. Any member of Congress that doesn't immediately support a total undeniable for every citizen in every job minimum wage of %25/hour should be voted out of office, and at the same time they vote against a $25 minimum wage, should be investigated. We are talking about people most of whom are already rich, who make a base salary of $174,900/year. If they work 32 weeks a year at forty hours a week they are making $136/hour. And they have the greatest benefits in the entire world, vested for life after five years. Americans who are paying taxes must not subsidize their fellow Americans who have ben crushed by the cruel and sadistic rich and big business who own the government and don't pay taxes.
