  11. I admit I had hope at first, but after the Republicans and McConnel announced they were uninterested and would vote to acquit, I gave up. Then when the Democrats gave that Republican explanation for why they didn't call witnesses, " They would just turn it into a long ridiculous circus", I knew it was a totally done deal. Like if your wife is raped but the cops let the guy go and tell you it's for the best because the attorney's would just destroy your wife.

  20. Scrapping the nuclear deal was just stupid. It was an act of aggression. If you wanted it strengthened, you could have worked on that, but every other country was satisfied. The Iranians were spending money in other areas, instead of the huge expense of working with uranium.
