  1. Another monopoly created on credit? Who is really surprised? No they don't have to raise prices, that is not the only reason to merge them. She acts like it's cool because raising prices is the only possible reason to do it, then she names off banks, etc, that make out like bandits on the merger. Borrow at almost no interest, take out the slush, close down the competition, write off huge (slush) losses, etc. Lots of $ reasons to do this merger. But only for the rich and big business.
