  1. Should have been a separate bill for businesses. No reason why not except to give Democrats an excuse to vote huge cash gifts to big business. Don't believe a word of this until you see money. I assure you it's going to be full of loopholes and all the money will go to the rich and big business. No Democrats, no Republicans, just paid flunkies of the rich and big business.
