Any day for one year during his "National Emergency" Trump can declare martial law at will. There was no reason for the National Emergency, and the ignorant along with the informed allowed this to stand without challenge. It only takes a few clicks to figure out why he declared a National Emergency. If there comes any serious opposition to Trump, he declares Martial Law. He can make or change any law, deploy troops to police the country, and he can be dictator for life. All this quite legally. Some things Trump just seemed to randomly utter make more sense in this light. Why would an American President say he has the military, the police, and the Bikers for Trump on his side? Apparently we chose sides!
