  1. The Federal government bought every dose from Regeneron. $6500/dose. Given to the states that establish a program to get it to the appropriate people. Has to be tested positive, has to be very early, just doesn't work if you've been sick a week. Big waste of money. They could have just given the money to Regeneron.
