Biden was not President for the twenty years. Let's face it, folks, the USA was taken over by a criminal cabal. The whole country and everything in it are owned by the rich and big business. No one has ever dreamed in their worst nightmare how cruel and sadistic the overlords can be. There is no one man who could competently steer the out of control impending wreck the USA has become. And within the 0.1% their are competing factions that make a lot of unintended victims pay for the incompetence of government. The rich just want the money. That overbears their every thought.
