  1. There is such a thing as Zombie companies?!?! Yes, in the USA about 75% of smaller businesses are zombies and are programmed to fail. Banksters are cooperating to enrich individuals who allow loans to bankrupt companies. The zombie pays the employees, the rent, the inventory, the utilities etc. with borrowed money while the owners of the company offshore the money to " shells".
