The Congress is brutally hamstrung by McConnel refusing to do his job, instead blocking all legislation that the dictator does not want. Trump is free to legislate and has done so unfettered. Courts have little effect on Trump's desires, Trump having an overwhelming control of SCOTUS and the many courts whose judges he appointed. Remember the Muslim ban? You thought because the last thing you heard was the courts will resolve it, that the Constitution would be upheld? The same court that decided corporations are people decided we have a Muslim ban and we have a Muslim ban. So, as Trump has said, resistance is futile. And if someone gets ahead of the administration, he has the papers ready to sign to declare Martial Law. He will do so before he will step down, no matter what the circumstance. Perfectly legal because he has four National Emergencies in effect now. The USA was taken over by a criminal cabal of 100% kleptocrats.
