  1. All the big companies are using LL Shell companies to shed underperforming parts of their business and come out with no tax liability but still get all the benefits. So Google "sells" YouTube, to a fully leveraged shell corp, and gets the cash and holds the cash. They will claim all sorts of stuff, pay no taxes, and still get all the data. Like that. Already occurring every day.
