Fully vaccinated is having two shots of mRNA's. But not. mRNA's are not vaccines, and 35% or more of people who are "fully vaccinated" will get Covid-19. Some will be hospitalized, some will die. In other countries that have a different kind of news delivery, prominent people who were fully vaccinated have died. The people then asked," What doen 94-95% effective mean? " But not here. I took a poll. My only simple question was," Can you have Covid-19 without having a rest?" Testing is a political not medical matter. Even today your doctor does not do Covid-19 testing. The government has the whole testing thing under control. Testing is the whole story. Reported cases are only tested cases. Since when is the government my doctor, and I don't have a choice.
