  1. The longer a bill spends in Congress the less important it is to get it passed. And if long enough, it will be written so that it does the opposite of what it was originally intended. What is needed is for every citizen to write to their Senators and Representatives at least once a week letting them know you will be voting for someone that's not them if they don't start representing the people. Stop the lobbyists from writing the laws!!!
