No one else can order this legally. trumpy tries to get around it, but he is legally responsible for every lethal drone strike. trumpy refused to sign for drone strikes, and in another act of abuse, trumpy farmed all drone activity to the military. That just doesn't work. We have one President. If he can't handle the whole job, he should resign.
