Even before they get it really organized so that the doctors are all on board prescribing this drug to almost every one over thirty years old, there will be crisis in all phases of medical care. Millions of people on a drug that is starting at $54,000/year is not just ridiculous, it is larcenous. People are lining up to take this medicine not knowing anything about it, not knowing that only the top decision-makers at the FDA were in favor of approving this drug, but being very afraid of dementia/Alzheimer's.
