Now we see why waiting four years was a very bad idea. We are a heartbeat away from Martial Law, dissolution of government.. "Testing remains very limited. " Only those who are tested are counted. All numbers are false. Everyone should be tested. Why not? How can people quarantine if they aren't tested?
