  1. How would it be different if they just said," Hey, we are ignoring Climate Change to throw huge profits to the oil industry." The same things would go on. What's amazing to me is that all the oil and gas left needs to be saved for plastic. Unless someone has a new source of plastic, oil and gas is it. Without plastic, the world comes to a halt. We have realized that we are now using wood faster than we are replacing it. We are cutting down the remaining rain forests now.
