I also see, that throughout time, God has allowed humans to live together, good and bad, and to try to work things out regardless. When His people turn their backs on Him and disobey the moral and natural laws, He allows their enemies to overtake them. And, yes, the children suffer. But, the innocent children will be granted Eternal Life--far better than this one. God's intervention requires efforts on our part, through prayer, sacrifice, and doing everything we ourselves can do to stop the wars and help the victims. We have also seen where those Palestinians who were guaranteed the right of safe passages to designated parts of Palestine, and even those who have fled to Syria, Lebanon, and other countries, being bombed in their tents by those who promised they would not do so. By now, I think the overall conclusion those Palestinians have reached is that there is no safe place to go.
