Trump has tried to strongarm other Arab countries into accepting the millions who have yet survived the genocide, but, those countries have refused, and who can blame them? We see the problems we have with floods of migrants coming across our own borders. We have also seen where those Palestinians who were guaranteed the right of safe passages to designated parts of Palestine, and even those who have fled to Syria, Lebanon, and other countries, being bombed in their tents by those who promised they would not do so. They see that Izreal hates them and will continue killing them until they have accomplished their plans for securing 'Greater Izreal' for themselves. By now, I think the overall conclusion those Palestinians have reached is that there is no safe place to go. They see the will of the Zionists to exterminate them, and they think their families might as well die in the land of their ancestors than to die elsewhere.
