  1. If we raised it to 3% overnight we would literally be wasting money as we don't have a defence industry anymore to make use of £20 billion extra per year. Not enough shipyards, factories, training facilities, rifles, ordnance factories etc. We literally have to rebuild the armed forces from scratch, its that bad.
