@Irishman0855 1500 at the Battle of the Boyne. Northern Ireland still British, easy wins. Does the IRA have a Call of Duty game about them? No, but the SAS do.

By the late 1980s the SAS was smoking the IRA leaders everywhere, it was really only a matter of time before they were all eliminated by the SAS. All their plots kept getting foiled because the IRA had been fully infiltrated by British spies. Look up Loughall ambush and Operation Flavius for some examples. They were quick to agree to that ceasefire in 1994.

@vixen878 The majority of british soldiers in northern ireland were born in northern ireland

Fax. By the late 1980s the SAS was smoking IRA leadership everywhere, it was really only a matter of time before they were all eliminated by the SAS. The IRA was fully infiltrated by MI5 and spies like Stakeknife and so all their bomb plots kept getting foiled, look up the Loughall ambush and Operaion Flavius.

@WhenInDarknessSeekTheLight When did the Americans bail the British out the first and second times. Arrived right at the end of WW1 and joined WW2 when the soviets had done all the hard work for them. British soldiers, especially the SAS, are the best trained on the planet and were smoking the provos everywhere. They were desperate for that ceasefire in 1994 lmfao

@aqw4460 then the British smoked the Italians in ww2
