  4. That's a great point. At some point Russia will be unable to fund the war and its war economy. And/or the army may stage a coup against Putin. These two scenarios are the most likely ways the war will end.

  5.  @tiefensucht  - it's a war of economic attrition and the US and EU have much deeper pockets than Russia.

  6.  @markowitzen  the US president is limited to a total of 2 terms per the US Constitution. To change the US Constitution, an amendment may be proposed by a two-thirds vote of both Houses of Congress, or, if two-thirds of the States request one, by a convention called for that purpose. The amendment must then be ratified by three-fourths of the State legislatures, or three-fourths of conventions called in each State for ratification.
