  1. 16:20 I would point out that there’s also an innate and animal fear of death, much more ingrained than the taboo against immortality. I seriously doubt people would choose to die outside their own terms of given the choice, regardless of the consequences or taboos.

  3.  @stevencooper4422  Most ‘separatist’ movements seem to be spurred by politics rather than cultural differences. It’s not Scotland.

  4.  @joapercan6887  Plenty of biblical characters lived to thousands or hundreds of years. There’s not really any explicit reason against that, other than an implication it’s because of sinfulness.
