  4. Matthew Chenault But would it be so bad to cause a civil war? Western and Eastern Canada along with Quebec and the rest of Canada aren’t exactly all that happy together. But it never ended up being enough to cause sufficient separatism. And Quebec has its own language. Also, the South did industrialize in the 20th century. It is feasible without slavery being as much an influence casting down in the south it could happen earlier, like her predicted.

  5. Matthew Chenault And why would the New Deal not happen in TTL? And yes, but Canada didn’t separate apart. Plus, with the high amount of rights states had at the time, it seems kind of pointless.
