  2. Elizabeth No. But parts of it are. Honestly, trying to Teach Morality like this just wouldn’t go well in modern society, which, for better or for worse is less strict about such moral concerns. It’s part of the reason Religion is declining, which tries to do the same thing (instruct morality).
