Very insightful, I'd accept you as a manager in a heartbeat haha So in the past, being at a big tech for 10+ years was seen as a sign of weakness. What's your take these days? I feel like this stigma dissipated over time. Maybe due to lack of talent in the candidate pool.

@ALifeEngineered What's your take on people in niche fields that doesn't have as much portability within a given company? Think about fields like security or AI. I feel like there's decent learning / growth oppurtunities staying on one team because often times you're acting as a consulting hub for rest of the org/company. I guess it might look less desirable on paper but as long as there's continued growth and can communicate that it's probably fine.
