They thought they could intimidate her but not a group of men. He isn't better or he would have offered it to her in the beginning. He is just smart enough to realize they were in the wrong and didn't want to lose his membership for scamming the bike company.

  22. That kid DOESN'T deserve praise. If he was such a nice kid he would have done it from the beginning and this wouldn't be an issue. He is just smarter than the other kid and understood what they were doing was wrong. When she was alone he thought they could intimidate her. Once people came to see what was going on he gave up the bike so he wouldn't lose his membership. People are saying the woman shouldn't have screamed but she wouldn't have gotten a bike if she didn't. I am very disappointed in Nate. He is folding to all the angry messages he is probably getting.

Were they waiting on someone? There is more to this story. His family said he took the bike home. When did that happen and did he go other places before then? How long did this kid have this bike, how many days has he done this, and how many other people has he done this to that wasn't noticed? If I was her attorney those would be questions I would be asking.

  50. Nate, I totally agreed with you up until the end. That kids didn't chose to give up his bike until she started screaming for help and people started to see what was happening. The reason he got off the bike was because he knew what they were doing was WRONG and he didn't want to get in trouble by the people showing up, the police, or lose his bike pass due to scamming the company. He could have done that in the beginning. I don't have a problem with her screaming for help because she was right, the boys were wrong, him pushing the bike in and rescanning it was theft of what she legally had and they weren't listening. Anyone being mugged of something legally theirs would scream for help NO MATTER THEIR RACE. If that was black woman I guarantee she would be screaming too. I kind of wish a white guy would do that to a black woman and record it to prove all these race hustlers wrong.
