@paigeb1318 It is so frustrating all the registration in place and will be forthcoming. I was also shocked that you can't have wood burning stoves in some areas. I have heard them complaining about people eating meat, they say growing vegetables uses too much water, gas stoves are becoming illegal it is only a matter of time before other gas appliances are illegal. They want to make sure we are not self-sufficient.

@johnemery9634 you can use a 50 gallon tote for a bathtub. You can cut a hole in the top of the lid to have rain water go into. Use a battery powered camping shower head where you can recycle the water from the tub to the shower while you are bathing. They have camping water heaters to warm the water. There are inflatable bathtubs and shower tents as well.

@Speed00007 yes, I live on an acre now but am moving states to be closer to family. Prices for land are much more there so I am thinking of buying a lot in an RV community where I will have a shed with electricity and water but can grow vegetables and fish at the lake. I will save up to buy land to use as my off grid location near by and hopefully have the best of both worlds. I haven't decided for sure what to do.

@todddavis4586 I lived in Texas for 45 years and am planning on moving back soon but I am afraid it has changed too much for the worse. My family lives in North Texas and I want to live close to them but am thinking of moving to Oklahoma instead. What do you mean by 4th world country and do you have any recommendations?
