@terrafletcher1930 i agree, I am sure the other cop stopped the questioning because the parents wanted to go home and wanted to make sure the guy was going to jail but had they not stopped the questioning so much more information would have been given. They suspect was probably also getting tired of the questioning so he finally started to give honest answers.

Do we know he got locked up for a long time because there are judges like the one on the Supreme Court who only gives minimal sentences if not less? The young cop questioning him in the beginning kept giving him information instead of just asking questions. The suspect obviously thought he could snow him over. He gave him a wrong name, wrong place, was giving him names of drugs. I hope he gets much more training.
